private yoga sessions
Not quite ready for public classes but missing your group yoga practice?
We now offer private yoga classes for groups of 3-5 students!
These classes are very similar to our in-studio or Zoom classes, but you get to decide who is attending with you. Invite friends and family already in your exposure group to enjoy a yoga class scheduled just for you! State your requested class type when booking:

Relax: Decrease stress and anxiety through gentle movement, breath work, restorative poses and meditation.

Move: A well-rounded class with a variety of poses meant to build strength, reduce stress, and generally feel good!

Flow: A vinyasa or flow style class that keeps moving until the blissful savasana! Some yoga experience recommended.
Each class is 60 minutes long, requires pre-registration and pre-payment.

PRIVATE YOGA INSTRUCTION
Work with one of our highly trained instructors one-on-one to take your practice to the next level. This time will be individually tailored to your request – practice, ask questions, or have us create a sequence specifically for you! We aren’t limited to the selections below – share your personal yoga wish list and we’ll do our best to meet your yoga needs!

Private instruction can be offered in studio or via Zoom. Pricing dependent on instructor and request, but typically ranges from $60 – $100 per 60 minute session. Package rates available.
